WHO WE ARE
Solar Pro Training was founded by Zachary Bach and Spencer Frazier, whom are both very successful real estate agents running large teams, turned solar pros and team leaders in Southern California. Zach is an Air Force veteran and a top notch coach and motivational speaker. He has a deep rooted passion to help others succeed and will stop at nothing to help anyone in need!
Spencer Frazier has over 12 years of experience as a real estate agent, and has an extensive technical background as well. Spencer has a wealth of information that he wants to share with every agent that joins our Solar Pro Training family, including how to run low cost lead campaigns, how to optimize your CRM to convert efficiently, guide to running advanced social media strategies, and so much more!
